Marlyse Ann Ruona

Ruona, Marlyse Ann, age 85, of Linden, passed away Saturday, September 13, 2008. A memorial service will be 4 PM Friday, September 19, 2008 at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 4285 McCandlish Rd., Grand Blanc. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society. Marlyse was born in Wakefield, Michigan the daughter of Isaac and Lempi (Carr) Saari. She married Wilbert Ruona, whom preceded her in death in 2004, December 20, 1941 in Wakefield, MI. Survivng are; her daughter Kathy (Micheal) Smith Sr. of Linden, son, Daniel (Diane) Ruona of Waukaegan, IL., 9 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren. Besides her husband she was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters, and a brother. Arrangements are by Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden.
