Mary Camp

CAMP, Mary Ann - Age 81, of Byron, passed away September 11, 2019. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 East Broad Street, Linden. Interment will follow at Byron Cemetery. Visitation will be held 1-4 PM and 6-8 PM  Friday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Kidney Foundation. Mary was born August 8, 1938 in Newbern, TN, the daughter of Harold Eugene and Alma Faye (Alexander) Walker. She married Jere Camp on November 25, 1956. She devoted her life to her beloved family and she was the heart of the family. She loved her dogs, poetry, music, playing games and she had a very artistic talent for painting, scrapbooking, and making cards. She had a strong Christian faith and loved reading her Bible. She is survived by her husband, Jere; children, Jerrianne (Floyd) Ray, Thomas (Tammy) Camp, Sr., and Penny (Steve) Weber; 12 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
