Cooley, Mary Ann-Louise Age 70, of Flint, passed away on April 10, 2024. No services will be held at this time. Arrangements are provided by Sharp Funeral Home, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Those desiring may make contributions to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Mary Ann was born in Grosse Pointe, Michigan on February 14, 1954—the daughter of Oscar and Geraldine Vermeersch. She was employed by GM for 20 years. She loved working on puzzles, crosswords, sudoku, and watching Jeopardy. She was the Detroit Lions’ #1 fan. Surviving are son, Gregory (son-in-law, James), daughter Geriann (son-in-law, Moustafa), siblings, Karen Leonard, and Dennis Vermeersch, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Micheal Cooley, and sisters Barbara and JoAnn.
