LENDVOYI, Mary Margaret - Age 103, of Fenton, died February 22, 2014 at Caretel Inns of Linden. Funeral mass will be celebrated 11 AM Tuesday, February 25 at the chapel at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St. Fenton, Fr. Kurian Kollapallil celebrant. Interment in Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris. Visitation will be 5-8 PM with a 7 PM Rosary on Monday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton; and then 10 AM until the time of mass at the chapel at St. John Tuesday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Alzheimers Association. She was born October 28, 1910 in Hungary. Mary was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. She worked in the family grocery store in Flint prior to marrying Joseph Lendvoyi. They resided in Flint. She was a loving wife and mother, and was an outstanding cook and baker. Her major life's interests were "Faith, Family, and Food" in that order. Surviving are: daughter Madeline Collins Martin and Lou of Dunnellon FL, Charles and Gail Lendvoyi of Fenton; eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; along with cousin Rose and Ray Wegher; niece Rosalie Kish; nephew Joe Madras. All will miss her kind heart and warm sense of humor. She was preceded in death by husband Joseph; brother John and Rose Novoth, George and Irma Novoth; sisters Katherine and Joseph Madras, Eva and Louie Mandreky; and grandchild, Shawn Gripentrog.
