Mary Sue Marien

MARIEN, Mary Sue - age 79, of Fenton, passed away Thursday, July 17, 2008 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton with Rev. Amanda Riley officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Hills Cemetery in Flint. Visitation will be held 5-7 PM Monday at the funeral home. Mrs. Marien was born October 16, 1928, the daughter of Tyler and Myrtle Smith. She was married to Francis Marien for 32 years and he preceded her in death in 1984. Mrs. Marien was a loving and caring mother and grandmother. Surviving are: son, Michael F. Marien; daughter, Tammy Manganelli; son-in-law, Renato Manganelli; granddaughter, Melissa Smith all of Brandon, FL; grandson, HN Matthew Smith of 29 Palms, CA; brother, Richard 'Mac' Smith of Lewiston, MI.
