Mary Margaret OCENASEK

OCENASEK, Mary Margaret ï¿Â½" Age 86, of Fenton, formerly of Swartz Creek, died Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at her residence. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Saturday, June 19, 2010 at St. Mary's Queen of Angels Catholic Church, Swartz Creek. Fr. Steven Mattson celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2-4 & 6-8 PM Friday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek and from 10 AM until the time of Mass Saturday at church. A rosary will be prayed 7:30 PM Friday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to her favorite charity, the American Cancer Society. Mary was born April 27, 1924 in Pontiac, the daughter of Oswald and Gertrude Peever. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Surviving are: children, David (Diane) Ocenasek, John (Nancy) Ocenasek, Stephanie (Rick) Brown, Stephen (Ellen) Ocenasek, Anthony (Patty) Ocenasek, Margaret Ocenasek (Terry Griffus); Bobbie Kaye (Jeff) Duncan; several loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; siblings, Fern Platz, Beverly (Harold) Frantz, Patricia (Jack) Frost, Blanche Kidder, Diana (Donald) Frith, Kenneth (Ann) Peever, Denise (Jim)Hamilton, Mark (Scherie) Peever. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Nicholas; son, Robert; sisters, Jean Allen and Ruth Peever; brothers, John and Grant Peever; grandsons, Tulsa and Nicholas Ocenasek.
