UTT, Mary Elizabeth - Age 90, of Fenton, died Tuesday, August 25, 2015. Services will be announced by Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Mary was born February 2, 1925 in Hornick, Iowa, the daughter of Samuel Burton and Minnie Mae (Burger) Mercer. Mary was a lifelong member of the Fenton VFW Ladies Auxiliary and served as a past president. Surviving are: children, Harry (Bobbie) Utt of Florida, Russell (Susan) Utt of Fenton, Maureen Utt of Fenton, and Trayce Utt of Fenton; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Osward "Bob" in 1988; and 8 brothers and sisters. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to her church family at Tyrone Presbyterian Church; friend, Charon Wilson and the wonderful staff and caregivers at Vicinia Gardens Assisted Living.
