VERRELL, Mary M.  Age 70, of Gladwin, died December 2, 2003 at University Hospital in Ann Arbor. . Funeral Services will be held 11 AM Saturday, December 6, 2003 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek, Rev. Donald Neuville officiating. Visitation 6-9 PM Thursday, 1-4 and 6-9 PM Friday. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make contributions to the Diabetes Association. Mrs. Verrell was born December 23, 1932 in Detroit the daughter of James and Lillian (Delaney) Pocock. She had resided in Gladwin the past 9 years coming from Gaines-Swartz Creek. She was married to Roger C. Verrell on June 14, 1952 in Flint. She was a member of the Genesee County Kennel Club. Mrs. Verrell is survived by: husband, Roger; 4 children, Renee and husband Ted Kayanek of Durand, Russell and wife Margie of Laingsburg, Rhonda and husband Fred Winegardner of Baroda, Rick and wife Roxanne of Swartz Creek; grandchildren, Scott and wife Renae Cunningham, Bryan and wife Liz Cunningham, Eric and wife Tina Cunningham,William Barber, Jayson Winegardner, Sara Winegardner, Nicole and husband Nathan Antio, Megan Verrell, Melissa Verrell; 9 great-grandchildren.
