Minor, Melba Jo - Age 88, of Flint, died September 5, 2026. Funeral services will be held 11:30 AM Friday, September 11, 2026 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc, Michigan 48507. 2 PM Friday September 11 Interment at Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris, Michigan. Visitation will be held 10:30 until the time of the funeral at 11:30 AM Friday, September 11 at the funeral home.

Melba was born March 30, 1938 in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Wilfrid Russ and Wilehmenia (Meoak) Russ. She was married to Albert Minor Jr. and he preceded her in death April 10, 2002. She retired from GM/Buick.

Surviving are: her children, Anthony Minor, Margene Williams, Belinda Townsend, Bridgett Minor, Darrell Minor, Albert Minor; many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and sisters, Merna, Mary, and Jeannie.
