KELLY, Melvin E. - Age 75, of Fenton, died on December 31, 2014. Funeral services will be 11:30 AM Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Road, Holly. Those desiring may make contributions to Disabled American Veterans (dav.org). Mr. Kelly was born on December 8, 1939 in Flint. He was a veteran of the US Air Force serving in Vietnam. He retired from General Motors with 30 years of service. Melvin thoroughly enjoyed his time with the Bennett Lake Poet's Society. He loved the Detroit Red Wings and his "buddy" Bandit. Surviving are his brother, James (Sharon) Kelley; sister, Beatrice (John) Drew; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
