Attarian, Michael Aram - Age 49, of Grand Blanc, died Thursday, November 7, 2013. Funeral arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Genesee County Community Mental Health, 420 W. 5th Ave, Flint, Michigan. A memorial service and internment at Flint Memorial Park will be held at a later date. Michael was born in Flint, Michigan, on April 6, 1964, the son of Archie and Pat (Fox) Attarian. Michael was a graduate from Wayland Academy in Beaver Dam Wisconsin, and from the University of Michigan - Flint. Mike loved gardening, golf, mogul skiing and fishing, especially his trips to Canada where he caught a 42 pound lake trout. Most importantly, he liked spending time with his beloved cat , Winston. Michael had many academic achievements but his full potential in life was hampered by his battle with Bi-Polar disease. He is survived by his parents, Archie and Patricia of Grand Blanc; brother, Archie and (Ginger) of Arlington, VA; sister, Teri and (Edward) McGinnis of Vienna, VA; nephews, Peter, Theodore, Christopher, Ryan and niece, Taylor; Uncle, Bill and (Violet) Fox of Battle Creek; cousins, Steven, Richard, Kristina Tobacco, Paul Fox and Jackie Mae Noel of Battle Creek. He was preceded in death Uncle Theodore Attarian and Aunt Martha Attarian Tobacco; also by cousins, Bill and Phillip Fox.
