Nancy Lou Dieck

Dieck, Nancy Lou - Age 87, of Swartz Creek , passed away September 17, 2026.

Friends and family will be gathering from 2 - 8 PM Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek, Michigan 48473.

Nancy was born January 27, 1939 in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Clarence and Emma (Prosser) Raymond. She was a graduate of Owosso High School. She married Rayburn Dieck on September 21, 1960; he preceded her in death June 24, 2023. She had worked for Rite Aid in Swartz Creek (formerly Cook's and Perry's) for many years, before retiring.

Nancy loved crafting, including ceramics, needle point, knitting, crocheting, embroidery, and woodworking. She loved to make things for everyone in her family. She loved the cat Garfield and all cats.

Surviving are: her three sons, Gary (Kathryn) Dieck, Rick (Theresa) Dieck and Ray (Linette) Dieck; two grandchildren, Josh (Ashley) Dieck and Kayla (Nick) Brookshire; seven great-grandchildren, that she adored, Wyatt, Ella, Jack, Ava, Luke, Oliver and Easton; siblings, Richard Raymond, Robert (Sue) Raymond, Terry (Marcy) Raymond, Linda Shaw; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Emma Prosser; husband, Rayburn Dieck; and siblings, Vivian Lyons, Donald Raymond, Larry Raymond, Bruce Raymond, infant Paul Raymond, and infant Janet Marie Raymond.
