URBAN, Norita Ann - Age 81, of Katy, TX formerly of Fenton, died Tuesday, February 28, 2017 in Texas. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 1:00 PM Monday, March 6, 2017 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St, Fenton. Fr. Robert Copeland celebrant. Burial in Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Sunday from 3-8 PM where a rosary will be prayed at 7:00 PM and Monday at church from 12:30 PM until the time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the Alzheimer's Association or American Breast Cancer Foundation. Norita was born February 3, 1936 in Flint, the daughter of Philander and Ione (Carto) Blaine. She married George Craig in 1954 and he preceded her in death in 1960. She retired from GM Milford Proving Ground as a test driver. She was a long time member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Surviving are: 7 children, Sandra (Roger) Borowicz of Manor, TX, Karen (Craig) Wiseman of Georgetown, TX, Sharon (Jeff) Brown of Katy, TX, Deborah (Charles) Vayda of Baldwin, Michelle Fendert of Linden, Sheryl Moss of Twin Lake, and Donald Urban of Mt. Morris; 13 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; brothers, Walter (Ruth) Blaine of Clio and Michael Blaine of Flint; and several nieces and nephews.
