Norma C. BURKE

BURKE, Norma C. -- Age 82, of Swartz Creek, died January 18, 2013 at McLaren, Flint. Private services will be held. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Diabetes Association. Norma was born June 24, 1930 in Flint the daughter of Milo and Minnie (Miller) Spidle. She was married to Richard Burke who preceded her in death in 2004. She was loved by many and will be missed by many. Surviving are: two daughters Kathy and husband Michael Karns of Swartz Creek, formerly Fenton, Stephanie Burke of Flint; two grandchildren Shawn Karns of Camp Hill PA, Holly and husband Jason Phillips of Apex, NC; two great-grandchildren Gavin and Carter Phillips. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard Burke; brother Clark Spidle; sister Mildred Bukwaz; and her daughter Cynthia Burke in 2003.
