HAWLEY, Patrick Owen - Age 85, of Fenton, died October 23, 2012. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 12:30 PM Friday, October 26 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 6481 Faussett Rd., Howell, Fr. Gregg Pleiness celebrant. Interment at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, MI. Visitation 1-4 and 6-8 PM Thursday, at Sharp Funeral Homes, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton; and 12 PM until the time of mass at church Friday. A vigil service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 7 PM. Patrick was born June 28, 1927 in Detroit, MI the son of Francis and Margaret (Brennan) Hawley. He had resided in Fenton since 1974. Patrick was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He had worked as an Insurance Adjuster for many years retiring in 1989. He married Ethel E. Brown in 1991.Surviving are wife Ethel; 4 children, 10 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 1 sister, 1 brother, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
