Paul Brice Englehart

ENGLEHART, Paul Brice - age 99, of Holly, passed away June 14, 2025, just 13 days before his 100th birthday. A Committal Service with Military Honors will take place 2:30PM Monday June 30, 2025, at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Rd, Holly. A Celebration of Life held on his 100th Birthday will be 2:00 PM, Friday June 27, 2025, at The Fenton VFW Hall, 1148 N. Leroy St., Fenton.  Memorial contributions in Paul's memory would be appreciated to the Fenton VFW Post #3243.

Paul was born June 27, 1925, in Toledo, OH, the son of Calvin Brice and Marjorie Anna (Squire) Englehart. He graduated from Libbey High School in Toledo in 1943. Paul proudly served in the U.S. Army for 3 years during WWII. He retired from GM in 1981 after 27 years of service. Paul was an avid Amateur Ham Radio operator using the call name KA8BFF. He was a member of VFW Post 3243 in Fenton and the Holly Moose Lodge. Paul also was a member and former Secretary and Treasurer of the Industrial Mathematics Society for 17 years.

Paul is survived by his daughters, Kathy Willis, Ann Dausey, and Virginia (Kohli) Fey; grandchildren, Nicole (Kris) Jonsson, and Carey Willis; great grandson, Willis B. Jonsson; and an abundance of blended family including children; grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife Luella Englehart after 47 years of marriage and then his second wife, Ruth Caswell after 20 years of marriage; stepchildren Judy (Kohli) Gentry, David, James and Roy Kohli. Online tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
