WAYCASTER, Paul Eddie - age 73, of Flint, died Wednesday, Septmeber 12, 2007 at Brian's House Hospice. Services will be held 9 AM Friday, September 14, 2007 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Interment will follow at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4-8 PM Thursday. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to Toys for Tots. Paul was born November 15, 1933 in WV. He retired as Gunny Sergeant from USMC earning the Purple Heart, Bronze Star and received personal recognition from President Nixon, among many other medals. After his service to the USMC he was employed at GM Metal Fab where he also retired. He was a life time member of the VFW, DAV, American Legion, where he served as Commander and Marine Corps League. Surviving are: wife, Patsy; 7 children, Paul L. (Marianne); Susie; Betty Jo (Harold); Tim (Linda); Kim (Polly); Mike (Lisa) and Kelly (Ann); 13 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and 10 siblings.
