ECKSTEIN, Paula Lynn (Taylor) -- Age 49, of Lennon, died February 26, 2013. Funeral Services will be 11 AM Saturday, March 2 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, Pastor Ron Nelson officiating. Interment in Yerian Cemtery, Durand. Visitation will be 2-8 PM Friday. Those desiring may make contributions to the family. Paula was born October 30, 1963 in Royal Oak, MI the daughter of Joe Taylor and Neoma (Blankenship) Taylor. She went to Durand High School and Baker College in Owosso. Paula married David Eckstein on October 14, 1983; he preceded her in death December 9, 2008. She worked as a Radiology Technologist for Scheurer Hospital in Pigeon. Paula was a wonderful woman and great mother. She loved to fish. Surviving are: three daughters, Shawnda (Steve) Dykes, Shanyn Eckstein, Samantha Eckstein; three grandchildren, Ayden, Ashlynn, Avalee; father, Joe Taylor; mother, Neoma Taylor; siblings, Joe Taylor, Sandy (Patrick) Donohue, Melissa Taylor, Charla (Ron) Nelson, Tom Taylor; several nieces and nephews.
