Peter Hernandez

HERNANDEZ, Peter Andrew - age 78, of Montrose, died Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at his residence. Private family services will be held. Mr. Hernandez was born November 30, 1936 in Merrill, MI, the son of Joseph Jose and Bonificia Hernandez. He married Shirley Marie Paramo on July 27, 1957. Mr. Heranadez was a veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from General Motors. He enjoyed sports and traveling after retirement. Surviving are: wife, Shirley; six children, Carmen (Lonnie) Bowen, Margaret (Rick Williams) Hernandez, Peter (Rhonda) Hernandez, Jr., Anita (Angelo) Soto, Patricia (Scott) Wallar, and Phillip (Tracy) Hernandez; 12 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; sister, Dolores Gurrola.
