HOPPE, Rebecca - Age 51, of Holly, died Wednesday, January 18, 2017. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Our Savior Evangelical Lutheran Church, 13667 Highland Road, Hartland. Reverend Christopher Thoma officiating. Burial in Beebe Cemetery, Rose Township. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton Friday from 3-8 PM and at church Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Those desiring may make contributions to Wellspring Lutheran Services. Rebecca was born September 24, 1965 in Detroit, the daughter of Robert Ole and Betty Ann (Kendall) Teeg. She was a 1983 graduate of Grosse Pointe South High School and attended Michigan Tech University. She married Jeff Hoppe August 2, 1986 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bay City. She had resided in Holly since 1999 coming from Grand Blanc. She was a member of Our Savior Evangelical Lutheran Church. Surviving are: her husband, Jeff; daughter, Jennifer (Adrian) Atkinson; son, Jon Hoppe of Holly; mother, Betty Ann Teeg of Grosse Pointe; sisters, Sue (David) Sharpe of Texas, Kathy Teeg of Texas, and Vicky (Kirk) Miller of Florida; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Murl and Irene Hoppe of Florida; brother-in-law, Mike (Sally) Hoppe of Oregon; and several nieces and nephews.
