Rebecca Marie Loveless

Rebecca Marie Loveless, age 20, of Linden, MI, born January 8, 2005 to Rachael J. Breneman and David J. Loveless in Riverside, CA, passed away on June 29, 2025.

Rebecca is a beloved daughter, sibling, niece, grandchild, and friend. Rebecca was a motherly person and a natural caretaker, letting countless people and animals into their life and heart, and acted as a second mom to her younger siblings. They were especially passionate about the animals in their life, as evidenced by their menagerie of pets, frequently referred to as a zoo. They were also known for their hardworking, generous, and whimsical nature. They were very gifted, with a beautiful voice and a love of music, and a talented artist, especially when it came to sketching, and their incredible and creatively unique sense of humor. Rebecca loved the creative aspects of Minecraft and Ark, which they played with family, designing bases and taking care of in-game animals. Rebecca was quirky, extremely passionate, intelligent, eccentrically witty, and truly unique, with a love of dinosaurs, clowns, particularly ceramic and Squishmallow clowns, and spicy and sour food, particularly their own “concoction”.

Rebecca is survived by their mother, Rachael J. Breneman, their father, David J. Loveless, their little brother, David Joe Loveless Jr, their little sister, Veronica June Loveless, grandparents Antoinette “Toni” Breneman, Wayne Breneman, and Janet Loveless, great grandmothers Beatrice Ryan and Kathleen “Kathy” Loveless and best friend Zane Kender, various aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, as well as Sadie, Devo and the rest of their zoo. Rebecca was preceded in death by their uncle, Wayne Breneman, Jr, and friend, Ellis Kender.

Visitation will take place from 12:00-2:00 PM, followed by a Celebration of Rebecca’s life at 2:00 PM, Sunday, July 13, 2025, at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton, MI.

Memorial contributions in Rebecca’s memory can be made to All About Animals Rescue or to The Humane Society of Genesee County.
