Michael was born on May 16, 1959, in Akron, Ohio, to Franklin T. Stallard and Donna Mae (Griffith) Stallard. On October 9, 1981, he married the love of his life, Frances A. Waller, beginning a devoted partnership that spanned nearly 45 years.
A graduate of Midwestern Bible College, Michael faithfully answered God's call to ministry and spent more than 45 years serving as a pastor in Illinois, Ohio, and Michigan. For the past 25 years, he lovingly shepherded the congregation of Fenton Road Baptist Church, where his unwavering faith, compassionate heart, and dedication to sharing the Gospel touched countless lives.
Michael's greatest joy was his family. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Frances; his children, Rachael (Steven) McMorris, Jonathan (Stephanie) Stallard, Rebecca (Nicholas) Nunley, Daniel Stallard, and Danielle (Curtis) O'Morrow; his cherished grandchildren, MaKayla, McKendrick, Markus, Myles, Levi, Lily, Julia, Alexis, Lilly June, Adeline, Broderick, and Easton; his sister, Suzanne Stallard; his brother, Jeffery (Tracy) Stallard; his nephew, Christopher, and nieces, Kelsey and Zoee.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Though his presence will be deeply missed, Michael leaves behind a lasting legacy of faith, love, service, and devotion to God. His life was a testimony to the grace of Jesus Christ, and his influence will continue to be felt in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
