Rhona was born September 12, 1964 in Royal Oak, the daughter of Larry Joseph and Gail Louise (Tricker) Cece. She graduated from Berkley high School. Rhona was a Real Estate Agent. She loved to travel and was very kind and generous and "would do anything to help someone in need!"

Rhona is survived by: her sister, Kimberly Cece; niece, Jamie (Darrin) Ullmer; great nephew, Dominic, great niece, Helena; dear friend, Ron Gordon; her "4 Legged Baby, Sadie Mae"; stepmother, Ingrid Cece; half sisters, Claudia (Randy Motto) Cece, and Stephanie (Cory) Dean.
