Richard Harry Horning II

Horning, Richard Harry II - Age 74, of Grand Blanc, formerly of Fenton, died June 25, 2025. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc. Richard was born April 19, 1951 the son of Richard Harry and Donna Dee (Francisco) Horning. He was a 1969 graduate of Fenton High School. Richard proudly served his country in The United States Army.He married Kelly Thompson on May 23, 1986; she preceded him in death September 18, 2010. Richard worked for the family business R.H. Horning & Sons Inc. for 38 years. He was a musician and especially enjoyed playing the guitar. Richard is survived by three children, Joseph (Corrie) Horning, Amber (Jesse) Lopez, and Leah Craig; grandchildren, Joshua, Hope, Mason, Catalina, Zander, Gavin, and Selah; two brothers, Greg (Debbie) Horning, and Brent (Jan) Horning; several nieces and nephews. Richard was preceded in death by his wife, Kelly; parents, Richard and Donna; daughter, Jessica; son, David; and grandson, Zachary.
