Robert Barlow

BARLOW, Robert S.  -- Age 57, of Flint, died September 20, 2021 at his residence.  Funeral services will be held  at 5 PM Saturday September 25 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek.  Visitation will be 1 PM Saturday September 25 until time of service at the funeral home.   Robert was born February 19, 1964 in Ardmore, Oklahoma, the  son of William and Ruby (Mitchell) Barlow.  Robert was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed camping.  He was the best Papa and loved spending time with his grandchildren.  He is survived by his wife, Norma Jean Barlow; children, Robert (Brittany) Barlow, Shayla (Wayne) Gilbert, Ryan Barlow, Daniel Vela, David (Maddie) Vela and Casey (Emily) Vela; 15 grandchildren; siblings, Ken Mitchell, William (Jackie) Standifer and Tonya (Steve) Burrow; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Ruby Barlow; siblings, Barb Mitchell, Gary Standifer, Jerry Standifer and Gene Barlow.  Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
