Robert Bernecker

Bernecker, Robert Roy (Bob) of Burton, age 62, whose kind and loving soul went to be with the lord on Tuesday, March 14th, 2017 after a short battle with cancer. Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place along with a memorial luncheon held in his honor. Bob was born on December 29th, 1954 in Trenton, Michigan to the late Bobby R. Bernecker and Lorraine (McGraw) Bernecker. He graduated from Davison High School in 1974. He graduated from Baker College in 2007 where he earned a Sterile Processing Technician Certificate. Bob married Tina Marie Madeiros of Davison, Michigan on October 10th, 2003. Bob was an avid reader who loved completing word finds, riding his bike, playing baseball, and playing games online. Most importantly Bob loved being with his family. He will be greatly missed by family and friends. May he rest in peace in God's loving light. Bob is survived by his wife of thirteen years, Tina Madeiros-Bernecker of Burton, Michigan; Son: John Madeiros of Burton, Michigan: Brothers: Dennis J. Bernecker (Mary) of Birch Run, Michigan, Daniel W. Bernecker (Judy) of Americus, Georgia, and Joseph F. Bernecker (Debra) of Davison, Michigan: Sisters: Sharon M. Bernecker of Roberta, Georgia, Linda D. Carr (James) of Holly, Michigan, Janet L. McArthur (James) of Burton, Michigan, Donna J. Griggs (Sonny) of Burton, Michigan, Robin A. Prieur (Tim) of Flint, Michigan, and many, many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Bobby R.
