CHOM, Robert Phil - age 67, of Fenton, died Friday, March 10, 2017 at his residence. Services will be held 1 PM Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. The family will receive friends from 3 PM - 8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Robert was born July 12, 1949 in Detroit, the son of Edward and Viola (Dymecki) Chom. He married Lauren Morgan on August 6, 1977. Robert was the owner of Fenton Kar Wash for over 40 years. He was a devoted family man and loved spending time with his family. Surviving are: wife, Lauren; three children, Jacob Chom, Kristy (Thomas) Burns, and Jessie Chom; granddaughter, Lorelai Burns; sister, Glory (Robert) Elliott; brother, Randy (Marilyn) Chom; many nieces and nephews.
