Robert "Bob" Carl GLOVER

GLOVER, Robert Carl "Bob" - Age 72, of Fenton, died Sunday, February 23, 2014. An Eagles Memorial Service will be held 6:00 PM Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd, Fenton, held under the auspices of Fenton Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #2460, followed by sharing by family and friends. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday from 2-7 PM. Those desiring may make contributions to the Robert C. Glover Memorial Fund. Bob was born September 24, 1941 in Flint, the son of Rex and Jean (Firestien) Glover. He grew up on Lake Fenton and had resided in Fenton his entire life. He attended Lake Fenton School and was a 1960 graduate of Mandeville High School. He married Barbara Klamert May 27, 1987 in Fenton. Bob retired in 1998 from GM Metal Fab after 33 years of service. He was a member of the Fenton Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #2460. He spent his spare time building his dream car, a 1957 Chevrolet. Surviving are: his wife of 26 years, Barbara; 2 daughters, Dawn Glover and Shea Glover both of Fenton; granddaughter, Alekzin Glover; brother, David Glover of Glennie; sisters-in-law, Bonnie and husband Jack Pray of Fenton and Beth and husband Gerald Hawkins of Swartz Creek; brothers-in-law, Richard and wife Debbie Klamert of Georgia and Roger and wife Kathy Klamert of Clio; and several nieces and nephews.
