Robert Carr WILSON Jr.

WILSON, Robert Carr Jr. - Age 86, of Fenton, died Thursday, April 24, 2014. Graveside services will be held 2:30 PM Thursday, May 1, 2014 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Road, Holly. Robert was born August 11, 1927 in Flint the son of Robert Sr. and Helen (Shannon) Wilson. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Army. He married Mary Jane Preston July 21, 1961 in Mt. Morris and she preceded him in death June 14, 2010. Robert retired in 1993 from Summerfield Chevrolet after over 30 years of service. He had resided on Lake Fenton for over 40 years. The family wishes to extend special thanks to, Dr. Sarin, Donna, Tonya, and the staff at Courtyard Manor of Fenton. Surviving are: daughter, Rae Chittick (Dan Crannie) of Fenton; son, Tony Russo of Fenton; 4 grandchildren, Cary Tinsman of Fenton, Nicole Morodan (Chris) of Wixom, Brett Chittick of Fenton, and Rachel Reznick of Fenton; 3 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter; sister, Mary Scott (Bob) of Prescott, AZ; brother, John Wilson (Kay) of Benton Harbor; and many nieces and nephews.
