Ronald Lee Holbeck

HOLBECK, Ronald Lee - Age 85, of Gaines, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2026. Cremation has taken place. Celebration of life will be held 1 PM Saturday April, 18 at 1700 Cedarwood Drive, Flushing. Ronald was born September 22, 1940 in Genesee, the son of Frank and Alice (Cunningham) Holbeck. He attended Beecher High School. He married Rexine May Kingsbury August 18, 1969 in Toledo, OH and she preceded him in death August 12, 2010. He had resided in Gaines for the past 14 years coming from Highland. Ronald retired from GM Fisher Body Pontiac after 21 years of service. He was a member of the Gaines Lion's Club.

Surviving are: 4 siblings, Robert Holbeck of Flushing, Doris (Bill) Henry of Flushing, William (Linda) Holbeck of McKenney, TX, and Frank (Carolyn) Holbeck of Swartz Creek; step children, Harold ( Mary) DeMott, Dennis DeMott, Keith (Clara) DeMott, Norman DeMott, Lorraine (Richard) Smith, Leon (Sherry) DeMott; grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Alice Holbeck; brothers, Duane and Larry Holbeck; and sisters, Patricia Jackson, Sharon Firman, and Kathryn Stewart. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
