Rosemary Garrison

Rosemary Garrison, age 79, of Linden, passed away peacefully at home on June 11, 2026.

A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, June 19, 2026, at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad Street, Linden. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service.

Rosemary was born on February 10, 1947, in Durand, the daughter of the late Edward and Betty (Kimball) Bedell. On August 22, 1964, she married the love of her life, Edward T. Garrison, in Linden. Together they built a loving home and raised three children.

Rosemary was the heart of her family. Nothing brought her greater joy than caring for those she loved. Her roles as a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother were the center of her life, and she embraced them with unwavering love and dedication. Her family will forever cherish the Sunday dinners she insisted everyone attend-special gatherings filled with laughter, stories, and togetherness that became treasured traditions.

Rosemary had a spirited personality and a spark that could light up any room. Her feisty nature, quick wit, and determination remained with her throughout her life and will be fondly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Edward; her children, Patty Brown, Penny (Rick) Johnson, and Edward (Keri) Garrison II; her grandchildren, Nicole (Ron) Harris, Sammy Brown, Whitney Mead, Craig (Mary) Mead, Travis Castro, C.J. (Ivana) Castro, Drew Garrison, and Blake Garrison; and 11 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Rosemary was preceded in death by her brother, Jack Bedell, and her sister, Ann Barnum.
