Ruth Ann Kopczyk

KOPCZYK, Ruth Ann- age 85, of Fenton, formerly of Gaylord, and Northville, passed away July 30, 2026. Cremation Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. A committal service will take place at a later date at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Rd, Holly. Memorial contributions in Ruth's name would be appreciated to The Medical Team Hospice.

Ruth was born on August 16, 1940, in Northville, MI. the daughter of Arthur Russell and Ellen Josephine (Reincke) Clarke. She married Casimir A. Kopczyk in Farmington, MI on April 26, 1985. Ruth graduated from Northville High School. She enjoyed doing cross stitch and needlepoint. Ruth also loved gardening, decorating her home, and especially her two pet cats.

Ruth is survived by her son, Gerald (Heidi) Stowell; and her daughter, Shawn (Larry) Schultz; her grandchildren, Jessica (Matthew) Johnson, Katie Schultz, Michael (Summer) Schultz, Megan Stowell, Rachael Stowell, and Eric Stowell; great grandchildren, Violet Van Dam, and Lucy Stowell.
