Sharon Fay Dixon

DIXON, Sharon Fay - Age 76, of Holly, passed away Monday, November 10, 2025. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, November 14, 2025 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton (The service will be live streamed and can be viewed below Sharon's obituary). Chaplain Adam Doyle officiating. Burial in Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Sharon was born September 3, 1949 in Ft. Wayne, IN, the daughter of John Donald and Fay Joyce (Petersen) Plante. She was a 1968 graduate of Flint Central High School; and she received an Associates Degree in Accounting from Mott Community College. She had resided in Holly for the past 12 years coming from Big Rapids. Sharon retired from Walmart after 17 years of service. She enjoyed making hook rugs, doing crossword puzzles, reading and decorating for the holidays.

Surviving are: her son, Shannon (Chrissy) Dixon of Gaines; 12 grandchildren, Christopher Zuhlke, Morggan (Donovan) Jones, Riley Dixon, Amber (Ryan) Capps, Mathew Zuhlke, Tyler Zunlke, Delaney Dixon, Darien Kelly, Taigen Kelly, Benjamin Zuhlke, Brandee Cook and Hannah Fenwick; and 8 great grandchildren; sisters, Donna (Pat) Mascio of Swartz Creek, Kathy (Bill) Root of Flint and Beth Conquest of Grand Haven; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Fay Plante; daughter, Aimee Fenwick; son-in-law, Kevin Fenwick; brother-in-law, Larry Conquest; and grandmother, Ursula Petersen. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
