Greanya, Sharon Kay - Age 83, of Flint, passed away June 8, 2026.

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, June 25, 2026 from 1 pm to 4 pm at Irene's Craft Kitchen, 210 Reid Road, Grand Blanc, Michigan 48439. In lieu of flowers, please honor Sharon by making a contribution to a charity close to your heart. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road., Grand Blanc, Michigan 48507.

Sharon was born May 2, 1943 in Detroit, the daughter of Jason Keen Howard and Isabel (Rosenberger) Howard. She was a graduate of Atherton High School. Sharon continued her education at Western Michigan University and then went on to earn her Master's Degree. She was a member of National ORFF Association and the Fly Girls (fly fishing). She was a dedicated and passionate vocal music educator. She taught at Atherton, Davison, Flint, Walled Lake, and Ludington Schools in Michigan, and then Glenwood Springs, Colorado, and the Music Festival Education Outreach Program in Aspen, Colorado. Sharon is survived by two daughters, Rebecca Robinson, and Sarah Greanya; granddaughter, Tabitha (Tristan) Bender; grandson, Alexander Henderson; sister, Deborah (Gary) Rader; nephew, Jason Flemming (Claudio DeLourenco); numerous extended family members and dear friends.
