Shawn Marie Ward

Ward, Shawn Marie - Age 58, of Burton, passed away at home with her family by her side after fighting a courageous battle on October 17, 2024. In accordance with Shawn's wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held 4 PM Monday, October 21 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd. Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 1-4 PM Monday, October 21 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Shawn to Arbor Day Foundation (www.arborday.org). Shawn grew up in the Grand Blanc area. She was in a managing position at Kroger for many years. She loved garage sales, antique shops and anything to do with outdoors. She married Langdon Paul Ward on August 24, 1996. Shawn is survived by her loving husband, Paul; children, Joey, Robert (Anna), Heather (Kyle); sisters, Cathy, Patty, and Crystal; many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Larry and Betty; sister, Rhonda; brothers, Larry, and TJ; grandparents, Gladys and Elmer.
