Shelby Lee MORGAN

MORGAN, Shelby Lee, age 67, of Flint, passed away December 23, 2012 at Genesys Health Park, Grand Blanc. Funeral services will be held 2:30PM Friday, December 28, 2012 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Burial at Evergreen Cemetery to follow service. Visitation will be held 4PM to 8PM Thursday and 12PM until time of service Friday. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer's Association. Mr. Morgan was born April 25, 1945 the son of the late Anthony P. and Mary Lee (Horne) Morgan. Shelby was an avid outdoorsman he enjoyed fishing and hunting. He received the Golden Gloves Award in 1962 and was self employed as a jack of all trades. Surviving are; wife, Barb Morgan-Adkins of Flint; daughters, Toni Basel of Flint, Nikki Morgan of Fenton; sons, Trent Morgan and Cody Morgan both of Arkansas, and many other children; brother, Jim (Gerry) Morgan of Prescott, MI; sister, Betty (Bill) Goodrich of Flint; several grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
