HOAG, Sheri Lynn - Age 52, of Swartz Creek, died April 16, 2014. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Visitation will be held 2-8 PM Monday. In lieu of flowers, Those desiring may make contributions to the family c/o Sharp Funeral Homes. Surviving are: husband, David; children, Brooke Smith, Desirae Hoag, Zachariah Hoag; grandchildren, Savanna and Loghan Smith; cousin and lifelong friend, Cindy Jolly; sister, Elizabeth Bowen; brothers, Keith Rice and Kelly Nelson.
