Sheri Lynn Jean

JEAN, Sheri Lynn - Age 75, of Gaines, passed away Sunday, October 22, 2023.  Per Sheri's request, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be announced at a later date.  Those desiring may make contribution to the American Cancer Society.  

Sheri was born December 18, 1947 in Flint, the daughter of Donald Charles and Patricia Jean (Vallaire) Wells.  She was a 1967 graduate of Grand Blanc High School.  She married Lawrence Richard Jean April 12, 1969 in Flint.  She had resided in Gaines for the past 44 years, coming from Swartz Creek and Flint.  Sheri was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Gaines.  She enjoyed crafts, baking and painting.  

Surviving are: her husband, Larry; son, Brian Jean of Gaines; daughter, Kimberly (Jason) Lewicki of Swartz Creek; grandson, Gabriel Samples of Owosso; granddaughter, Cailee Samples of Swartz Creek; sister, Linda Caton of Flushing; brothers, Donald and Wilfred Wells both of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
