Siddie Johnston

JOHNSTON, Siddie Ruth - Age 70, of Flint, died January 4, 2015 at McLaren-Flint. Services will be 6 PM Wednesday, January 14 at Masonic Temple, 714 N. Mill Street, Clio. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Siddie was born February 10, 1944 in Flint the daughter of Myron William Long and Siddie Myrtle (Howlett) Long. She was married to Craytus "Johnny" Johnston on August 23, 1984 in Peoria, IL; he preceded her in death April 20, 2006. Siddie worked at Walgreens for many years as the Hallmark Lady setting up Hallmark displays. She was a member of the O.E.S. Vienna Chapter. Surviving are: two sisters, Jane Revere of Clio, Mona Kay Sliger of Davison; son, Rory Long; very good friend Sue Metz.
