Sidney Albert WHARRAM III

WHARRAM, Sidney Albert III - Age 71, of Grand Blanc, died Friday, April 20, 2012. Services will be held 4:00 PM Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Saturday from 12:00 PM until time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to the Epilepsy Foundation. Mr. Wharram was born January 29, 1941 in Flint, the son of Sidney A., Jr. and Dorothy C. (Lucas) Wharram. He attended Flint Central High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a All State Insurance Agent for 30 years. Mr. Wharram was a member of Warwick Hills Golf Club and Ducks Unlimited. He also was a avid outdoorsman. Surviving are: 2 daughters, Jennifer and husband Paul Kern of Flushing and Tami and husband Paul Lefurgey of Madison, WI; 6 grandchildren, Justin Kern, Samatha Kern, Jacob Lefurgey, Amanda Kern, Ryan Lefurgey and Parker Lefurgey; former wife, Joy Wharram of Burton; sister, Pamela Wharram of Flushing; 2 brothers, Richard Wharram of Grand Blanc and Ronald and wife Jan Wharram of Burton; nephew, Sam Whitehouse of San Fransisco, CA; and several other nieces and nephews.
