Stanley Butynski

BUTYNSKI, Stanley Samuel - Age 96, of Gaines, died March 2, 2021. Private services will be held. Those desiring may make contributions to Fenton United Methodist Church. Stanley was born June 7, 1924 in Hamtramck, the son of Samuel and Bernice (Banash) Butynski. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in WWII. He was married to Margie J. O'Key on May 25, 1946; she preceded him in death on February 13, 2014. Mr. Butynski retired from Genesee County in 1985. He is survived by his sons, Donald (Ann) Butynski and David (Tina) Butynski; five grandchildren; sister, Agnes Rogers; brother, Samuel (Vickie) Butynski. He was also preceded in death by his parents; two brothers and three sisters. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com
