ENGLUND, Stevan D. -Age 74, of Fenton, passed away Friday, June 28, 2024. Funeral services will be held 11:00 Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton (The service will be live streamed and can be viewed via the link on Mr. Englund's obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com). Burial in Fairview Cemetery, Linden. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Tuesday from 5-8 PM and Wednesday from 10 AM until the time of the service. Steve was born May 16, 1950 in Flint the son of Julius and Florence (Charbonneau) Englund. He was a graduate of Linden High School. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the U.S. Army. He married Amy Lou Smith January 24, 1976 in Linden and she preceded him in death August 12, 2018; He had resided the Linden area his entire life. Steve retired from GM Buick Motors and owned and operated Old Car Garage. He was a member of the Mid Michigan Trail Runners, Racing Club.
Surviving are: his daughters, Angela Englund of Holly, Andrea Englund of Fenton, Jessica Englund (Kevin Lambert) of Linden, Susan (Brian) Washburn of Holly and Heather (Brian) Foutz of Swartz Creek; 5 grandchildren, Brianne (Kent), Allisha (Dalton), Savanah, Kacey and Gabriel; great grandchildren, Kherington, Logan and Greyson; sister, Jennifer (Warren) Jarvis of California; and several nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Colton; brothers, Richard and David Englund; and sister, Judy O'Brien. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
