Tammy Sue THAYER

THAYER, Tammy Sue (Weld) - Age 45, of Corunna, died June 13, 2013. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 am Monday, June 17, 2013 at St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, Swartz Creek. Burial will follow in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Flint. Visitation will be held 5 - 8 pm Saturday, and 2-8 pm Sunday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. A vigil service will be held 7 PM Sunday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Tammy (Weld) Thayer Memorial Fund. Tammy was born November 23, 1967 in Flint, the daughter of Gerald and Mary Ann (Kerspilo) Weld. She was a 1986 graduate of Durand High School and attended Baker College. She married Ricky Joe Thayer on August 1, 2003. She worked at Meijer on Hill Road as an assistant manager. Tammy enjoyed casinos and bowling. She loved her annual canoe trip and time up north with her family. She is survived by her husband, Ricky Joe Thayer; parents, Gerald and Mary Ann Weld; siblings, Timothy Weld, Terry (Kate) Weld, Todd (Melanie) Weld; mother-in-law, Janet Gulick; father-in-law, Robert Thayer; Ricky's siblings Randy, Tammy, Terry, Larry, and Robert Thayer; special auntie, Lucy Alcser; many nieces, nephews and cuzies.
