Terrence Roy Thompson

Thompson, Terrence Roy - Age 78, of Flint, died April 5, 2026. Services will be held 1:30 PM Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Road, Holly, Michigan 48442.

Terrence was born July 24, 1947 in Bad Axe, Michigan, the son of Roy Thomas Thompson and Doris Jean (Severn) Thompson. Terrence served in the U.S. Army. He married Deborah Mathena on April 27, 1984. He worked as a lineman for DTE retiring in 2004 with 38 years of service.

Surviving are: his wife Deborah Thompson; sons, Dewayne (Donna) Bunch, David Bunch, Andrew (Angela) Thompson, Kyle Thompson; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister Connie Ford; niece, Melissa Paynter; and nephew, Shawn Ford. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc, Michigan 48507.
