KELLY, Terry Adams  Age 56, of West Branch, formerly of Gaines, died Sunday, May 11, 2003 at Genesys Health Park where he became a Gift of Life Donor. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Thursday, May 15, 2003 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Interment will be held 4 PM Thursday at Brookside Cemetery, West Branch. Visitation will be held 1-3 and 5-9 PM Tuesday and Wednesday at the funeral home. Mr. Kelly was born April 26, 1947 in Pontiac, MI, the son of Edgar LeRoy and Vera (Adams) Kelly. He was a 1965 graduate of Bedford Public Schools. He retired from the Flint Fire Department in 1994, was a member of the Flint Dart Association. Terry was an active volunteer and participant in the CanUsa Games. He was a volunteer for the Swartz Creek Area Senior Citizens and a past volunteer for the Swartz Creek Police Camp 911; this years camp will be dedicated in memory of Terry. Terry was a devoted son, husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend. Surviving are: mother, Vera Kelly; brother, Kenneth (wife, Becky) Kelly; sisters, Korene Kelly, Karen Ryan, Kristine (husband, Roy) DeShano; nieces, Kimberly Kelly, Bridgett Jewell, Brittney DeShano; nephews, Bradley (wife, Kerry) Kelly, Kyle Ryan; great-nieces, Amber and Amanda Kelly; great-nephew, Zackery Brown; best friends, Denise Hiller and Steve Berry, who were always in this thoughts. He was preceded in death by: his father, Edgar Kelly on April 1, 2003; wife, Catherine (Bogedain) Kelly in 1977; sister, Patricia in 1948; daughter, Rebecca Ann in 1975.
