Theresa PEREZ

PEREZ, Theresa , age 83, of Flint, passed away Friday, December 7, 2012 at McLaren Hospital. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 1:00 PM Tuesday December 11, 2012 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, G-2316 W. Coldwater Rd., Flint, Rev. Cecillio Reyna celebrant. Visitation will be held 1-3 & 5-9PM Sunday and Monday at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint where a rosary will be prayed at 7PM Monday. Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society or Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Theresa was born January 12, 1929 in McAlester, OK the daughter of Antonio and Dolores (Moreno) Perez. Theresa married Ernest Perez on October 1, 1950. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Surviving are her husband of 62 years, Ernest; daughter, Raquel Perez of Flint; 3 grandchildren, Daniel, Elizabeth and Kaitlin; great-granddaughter, Emmy; sister, Angeline Silva; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, David Perez and 4 brothers. The family extends special thanks to Dr. Sukamac Saha for the wonderful care.
