WESLOWSKI, Thomas John -- Age 69, of Flushing, died December 25, 2012 at his residence. Private services will be held at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to Avalon Hospice, The Prostate Cancer Foundation, or the Chronic Disease Fund. He is survived by his wife Valerie Neumann.
