Grand Blanc. Toni was born June 28, 1948 in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of William Hayden Smith and Suzanne (Parson) Smith. She is survived by her 2 children, Russell Sparks of Burton, Dawn (Bill) Laturneau of Grand Blanc; grandchildren, Courtney (Zack) Akers of Grand Blanc, Sylas Sparks of Burton, Clay Laturneau of Grand Blanc, Curtis Laturneau of Grand Blanc; 2 nieces, Vanessa Neil and Kindelyn Robinson.
