Vickie Lynn Broderick

BRODERICK, Vickie Lynn  Age 42, of Swartz Creek, died Wednesday, August 6, 2003 at University Hospitals, Ann Arbor. Funeral services will held 11 AM Saturday, August 9, 2003 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Pastor Dennis J. Himm officiating. Visitation will be held 5-9 PM Thursday and 2-4 and 6-9 PM Friday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Stephanie Elizabeth Broderick Educational Fund. Mrs. Broderick was born June 22, 1961 in Bethesda, MD, the daughter of Linville Eldridge and Dorothy (Rhymer) Tolson. She married William Allen Broderick, Jr. on April 13, 1979. Mrs. Broderick was a devoted military wife for twenty years and a devoted mother of five children. She was very active in her childrens team sports and was considered the neighborhood Mom. She is survived by: husband, William of Swartz Creek; five children, William Allen Broderick III and wife, Jacquelyn of Swartz Creek, Joseph Michael Broderick of the U.S. Navy stationed in Norfolk, VA, Kevin David Broderick, Stephanie Elizabeth Broderick, both of Swartz Creek, Jeffrey William Broderick of the U.S. Navy and Warren; brother, Linville Thomas Eldridge of Swartz Creek; two sisters, Constance Coyne of CO, Meredith Fithian of Swartz Creek; father, Linville Eldridge and wife, Rose of Roseville, VA; mother, Dorothy and husband, Charles Tolson of Las Vegas; nieces and nephews, Dan, Mike, Katy and Kayla Eldridge, Tasha, Tara, Steele, and Luke Fithian; special friends, Donna Riley, Erin Delikat.
