JUIP, Virginia Elizabeth - Age 86, of Grand Blanc, died Friday, July 29, 2011. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Monday, August 1, 2011 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St, Fenton. Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton Sunday from 4-8 PM and at church Monday from 10-11 AM. A vigil service will be held at the funeral home 5 PM Sunday. Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Also a Memorial Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Saturday, August 13, 2011 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 21599 Parke Lane, Grosse Ile, visitation will be held at the church from 10-11 AM. Virginia was born October 1, 1924, the daughter of Frank and Elizabeth (Bickman) Spranger. She married Jacob Herbert Juip March 15, 1945 at St. Clements Catholic Church in Centerline. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Surviving are: husband, Jacob Herbert; 3 sons, Kenneth and wife Patricia of Grosse Ile, Brian and wife Micki of White Lake and Robert and wife Beverley of Fenton; 7 grandchildren, Jeffrey, Randall (Maureen), Ryan, Kari, Christy (Dan), David (Amanda), Stuart; 8 great grandchildren, Jacob, Claire, Caitlin, Eleanore, Thomas, Adam, Holden and Jonah; sister, Pauline Grillo of Warren; several nieces and nephews.
